A conceptual approach as part of the FutureHotel Innovation Network research project

The whitepaper FutureHotel - the Hotel Service Ecosystem as an Opportunity for the Hotel of the Future describes the model and explores the potential of the hotel ecosystem as a new approach to extend value creation in the hospitality industry. Various user groups such as hotel guests, employees, and local communities, and their demands and potential contributions to a successful hotel operation are analyzed. By fostering local and digital collaboration between diverse players, based on the model presented, a resilient, sustainable, and innovative hotel ecosystem is formed. This research from FutureHotel Innovation Network provides practical recommendations for the development of future-proof hotel networks and presents real-world examples of successful ecosystem services.
