Digitales Arbeiten / Digital Working (E-Book)
Motive und Wirkungen papierarmer Arbeitsweisen / low-paper working practices: rationale and impact (Text zweisprachig Deutsch und Englisch / text bilingual German and English)
The Digital Working study investigates how highly developed digital working is at the present time, and "low-paper" working in particular. It examines the question of which operations employees prefer to perform digitally, and which on paper. Another important issue is whether any causal relationships can be established between digital or paper-based working and personal performance. Factors that motivate or impede digital ways of working are also of interest.
